1. While on an outside call:
2. Press the VT key
3. Dial the extension number
4. Hang up to complete the transfer

How to change the ring/handset volume?

1. Press the Transfer key
2. Dial 114
3. Use the right and left display keys and the volume up/down keys to select and change the desired levels
4. Press the Transfer key to save and exit

7. Enter 0 through 7 for the day (Sunday = 0)
8. Enter 2 digit month
9. Enter 2 digit day
10. Enter 2 digit year
11. Enter 2 digit hour
12. Enter 2 digit minute
13. Press the Speaker key
14. Press the Transfer key when donear
